INH roleplay forums: progress report

We've completed most of our styling goals for the roleplay forums, including custom images and some small tweaks and changes from the default board style. We're making good progress so far!

Support tab, FAQ tab and support ticket system have been set-up. The FAQ is in-progress and will be transferred to the forums upon completion. Support tickets are only to be submitted for anything requiring admin attention that cannot be handled by moderators or posted on-site. Typically, we ask that you resort to this if a private message will not suffice.
